Reader frustration on Globe site

I just found the comment I referred to below. Dan Cook's blog doesn't accept comments but Matthew Ingram's does. The comment was posted in the Ingram archives:

Mathew Ingram from Toronto, Canada writes: That's a good question, Stuart. Unfortunately, our current non-blog-friendly website software doesn't allow us to do that, but we are working on an upgrade that will give us the full-meal deal as far as comments on posts, trackbacks and permalinks go.
